A Team That Feels Like A Family
Whether you’re caring, cooking, coordinating or creating moments of joy, there’s a place for you at Cathedral View.
Find a Career With Heart And Purpose
Care at Cathedral View isn’t only about day-to-day support, it’s about noticing the small things that help someone feel truly at home, whether that’s helping a resident rediscover painting at 85, remembering how they take their tea, or making sure their favourite biscuit is always to hand; you’ll be part of a close, supportive team with thorough induction training, ongoing learning, and the guidance you need to grow in confidence and progress in your role.

Training & Development
We are proud to have an experienced in-house trainer who supports our team from day one and throughout their career with us. Laura has worked for Cathedral View for over 10 years.
Every new member of staff completes a comprehensive induction programme, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and fully prepared for their role. This covers all mandatory training as well as the values, standards, and person-centred approach that are so important to us.
Training doesn’t stop after induction. Our in-house trainer provides ongoing training, regular refreshers, and continuous support, ensuring skills and knowledge remain up to date and in line with best practice. Staff performance and development are reviewed regularly, allowing us to identify learning needs, celebrate strengths, and support personal growth.
We are committed to investing in our people, because well-trained, confident staff provide the highest quality care for our residents.
