The process usually begins with an initial enquiry, followed by an assessment to ensure we can meet your needs. We then arrange a visit to the home, discuss funding and care requirements, and agree a suitable admission date.
How quickly can admission be arranged?
This depends on room availability and the urgency of the situation. In some cases, we can arrange admissions quite quickly following assessment.

Yes, we actively encourage residents to personalise their rooms to help them feel at home. Any furniture must be fire retardant, and any electrical equipment that is brought into the home, including mobile phones, laptops, iPads will need to be PAT tested (by our maintenance person, Anthony) before being used. Please advise the manager, Vicky who will arrange for these to be checked.

Please ensure that these clothes are named using permanent marker pen.
All of our laundry is dealt with on-site and needs to be able to withstand a 40°c wash and tumble drying (for most everyday clothes) and a 60°c wash for underwear and night clothes. Unfortunately, we are not able to take care of any items that require dry cleaning or any other specialist treatment.
